Stampery blockchain

The blockchain is a distributed Ledger of event records in the digital world. Entries, including the one that records the parameters of the certificate a unique file are multiplied in the global network of computers. They are repeatedly duplicated, therefore it is virtually impossible to remove them from the network, to change or to forge them. Thus, the Stampery helps to protect the certificate holder from counterfeiting attempts.

No one can get access to your information. Stampery generates the cryptographic identifier and publishes it on the blockchain. Hashing based on the blockchain and the confirmation of the date is an irrefutable proof of the existence and integrity of data.

The updated functionality of the personal account allows to get not only the paper version of this document, but also its electronic version. The electronic version of the document can be witnessed by using the Stampery service. The procedure of witnessing the identified parameters property, existence, integrity is performed due to the digitization of the certificate a unique file into the blockchain.

The blockchain is a chain aligned according to certain rules and formed of blocks of transactions. In this case, two databases Bitcoin and Ethereum are such chains. Data on the certificate in the digital form are recorded with their help. The actual information is not stored in a single server, but is distributed across the entire network and is stored with each participant of the data exchange.

Today, when a person comes to a Bank with a notarized power of attorney, the maximum that the lender can do is to ask some time for checking the document. If a notary, for example, does not answer the phone-call and does not confirm the authenticity of the proxy, there is no legal reason not to trust that paper, the Bank is obliged to perform the operation. As a rule, banks detect counterfeit notarial powers of attorney, however, the issue of determining their authenticity is open.

A Centralized register of powers of attorney in the network has been already created, but it is vulnerable to hacker or DDoS-attacks. If attackers want to withdraw a large amount of funds using a fake power of attorney, they will deactivate the server where the data is stored at the right time with the help of a DDoS- attack. Employees will not be able to check the authenticity of the document, and they will have to give out money; the blockchain technology makes such an attack impossible.

In addition, the initiative to use the blockchain on the secondary real estate market came from the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.
