There is currently no off-the-shelf script or software available for Ethereum faucets as there is for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. For now the best bet would be to get a freelancer to build a custom Ethereum faucet script for you.

It would be good if you could add things like uncle rates, reported hashrates, and actual hashrates into the list for each pool. Some pools have really high uncle rates which translates into lower profits and fewer blocks.
